One‑Stop Metal Manufacturing: From Raw Material to Finished Product
Managing multiple suppliers for casting, machining, finishing, and assembly creates coordination challenges, quality risks, and longer lead times. We offer a simpler way.
We provide complete metal manufacturing services – all under one roof. From raw material to finished, ready‑to‑use product, we control every step of the process.
Our Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities
Process
Description
Casting | Die casting, squeeze casting, gravity casting, investment casting, sand casting |
Forging | Hot forging, cold forging, closed‑die forging |
CNC Machining | 3‑axis, 4‑axis, 5‑axis milling; CNC turning; Swiss‑type machining |
Heat Treatment | Annealing, quenching, tempering, solution treatment, aging |
Surface Finishing | Anodizing, plating, powder coating, passivation, polishing |
Assembly | Component assembly, sub‑assembly, final product assembly |
Quality Inspection | CMM measurement, material testing, pressure testing |
Why Choose an Integrated Manufacturing Partner?
Single Point of Responsibility
One purchase order, one project manager, one quality standard. No finger‑pointing between suppliers when issues arise.
Faster Time‑to‑Market
No waiting for castings to be shipped to a separate machine shop. No delays coordinating between finishing vendors.
Tighter Quality Control
Quality is built in at every stage – from material verification to final inspection – with full traceability throughout.
Lower Total Cost
Reduced logistics, fewer purchase orders, and optimized process flow mean lower overall project costs.
Complete Documentation
Material certificates, inspection reports, heat treatment records, and assembly logs – all from one source.

Automotive & EV | Motor housings, battery components, suspension parts, structural brackets |
Medical Devices | Surgical instrument components, implantable device housings, diagnostic equipment parts |
Aerospace | Structural brackets, hydraulic housings, engine components |
Robotics & Automation | Joint housings, actuator parts, sensor mounts, frames |
Industrial Machinery | Pump housings, gearboxes, valve bodies, hydraulic manifolds |
Consumer Electronics | Enclosures, heat sinks, connectors, chassis components |
How Our Integrated Process Works
Step 1: Material Selection & Pre‑forming
We help you select the optimal material and pre‑forming process – casting or forging – based on your part geometry, volume, and performance requirements.
Step 2: Precision CNC Machining
Pre‑formed blanks move directly to our CNC machining department for milling, turning, drilling, and tapping to achieve tight tolerances and critical features.
Step 3: Heat Treatment & Surface Finishing
Parts are heat treated (if required) and finished with anodizing, plating, coating, or polishing to meet functional and aesthetic specifications.
Step 4: Assembly & Quality Inspection
Assembled components undergo final CMM inspection, pressure testing, and functional validation before packaging and shipment.
Example: How We Simplify a Complex Project
A typical automotive customer might previously need:
A foundry for aluminum casting
A machine shop for CNC machining
A heat treater for T6 treatment
A plating shop for surface finishing
An assembly house for final assembly
Now, they need only us. One supplier. One quality standard. One delivery date.
