What is 5 Axis CNC Machining?

5-axis CNC machining is an advanced manufacturing process in which the cutting tool moves along five different axes simultaneously—three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotational axes (A and B or C). This enables the machining of highly complex geometries, undercuts, deep cavities, and contoured surfaces in a single setup, reducing repositioning errors and improving accuracy, surface quality, and production efficiency. It is widely used in aerospace, medical implants, automotive molds, energy, and highend industrial components.

Our 5-Axis Machining Capabilities

Equipped with high-speed, high-precision 5-axis CNC centers, we specialize in producing complex, tight-tolerance parts from a wide range of materials. Our engineering team optimizes tool paths and machining strategies to ensure dimensional stability, surface integrity, and cost-effective production from prototype to medium-volume batches.

From 3D Model to Finished Part

Submit your CAD model (STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, etc.) for a complimentary manufacturability review. We provide detailed DFM feedback, including suggestions on draft angles, tool access, wall thickness, and tolerance optimization to streamline production and reduce costs.
